Privacy Policy

Orion Digital Services ("Orion," "we," "us") runs the website at orionds.ai. This policy explains what information the site collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

What you send us

When you use the contact form or the speaking request form, you give us the details you enter, such as your name, organization, work email, the topic you choose, your message, and, if you add them, your website or event details. We use this information only to read your inquiry, reply to you, and, if we work together, scope and carry out that work.

How the forms work

Form submissions are delivered by email to our inquiries inbox through Cloudflare Email Sending. The website does not keep its own copy of what you send, so the email in our inbox is the record. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace.

Spam protection

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm that a real person is submitting them. Turnstile looks at technical signals from your browser and device, such as your IP address and browser characteristics, to tell people apart from automated bots. It does not ask you to solve a puzzle. Cloudflare's handling of this information is described in Cloudflare's own privacy policy.

Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how many people visit, which pages they read, and how they found the site. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as the pages you view, your approximate location, your device and browser type, and the site that referred you. We look at these reports only in aggregate. We do not use them to identify individual visitors, and we do not run advertising on the site. You can block analytics cookies through your browser settings or with Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard technical information, such as IP addresses, to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks.

What we do not do

We do not sell your information, share it for targeted advertising, or add you to a mailing list because you contacted us. We share it only with the service providers named in this policy, who handle it on our behalf, or when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails for as long as they are useful for our conversation and any work that follows, and generally for no more than three years after our last contact, unless we are working together or the law requires us to keep them longer. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings in our Google Analytics account.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send your request through the contact form and choose "Something else," or write to us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is meant for business audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
